Coastal Ambassadors Program:
This program is a wonderful opportunity to promote and understand the ecology and vital importance of all coastal habitats, especially in the light of global warming, pollution, sedimentation and other hazards associated with population growth. Dr. Arthur Dye, prominent marine scientist is still involved in our program and has a fantastic gift of translating scientific knowledge in a user-friendly format.

Competition ResultsFRESHWATER MASTERS NOVEMBER 09All are basking in their glory and their new Tshirts. Waza caps were everywhere and we had our competitors turning their heads. Results in their appropriate divisions: Flags : 1st Steve Robb 5th Charlie Wiggins Participants: Paul Enright, Dolly Dyer Sprints: 2nd Steve Robb 4th Charlie Wiggins Finals: even with an injury Steve "Scobie Malone" made it to the final but due to a different injury had to pull up just before the finishing line. Beach Relay: 6th in the final Steve Robb CHarlie Wiggins Dolly Dyer Paul Enright Board Relay: Dolly, Scott Randall, Paul Enright, Grant Peters, Mick Spencer, Steve Shimeld all completed the course with happy smiles. Likewise with their individual board events. Surf Teams: 3rd Place Grant Peters Steve Shimeld Peter Metcalfe Surf Swim: 1st Grant Peters 3rd Steve Shimeld 6th Mick Spencer CONGRATULATIONS TEAM!!!!!
