Registrations only available via post or on Thursdays at the club office.

MEMBER RENEWALS

PLEASE CHECK YOUR REGISTRATION DETAILS CAREFULLY……

As all the information the club uses is from the registration forms, they need to be updated annually. This includes EMAIL ADDRESSES. Being our main source of communication it is vital that this is correct and legible.

NEW MEMBERSHIPS
As part of your NEW membership you have the opportunity to become a member of the Pittwater RSL Club.
For each NEW Adult member who is not a member of Pittwater RSL Club, we will organise your first year's RSL membership, at no cost.
Simply complete the Pittwater RSL Club Application form below and mail to our mailing address. (see details below)

Before completing your online application form please ensure:

You know what Member Category you are (e.g. Active, General, Cadet 15 -18yrs etc. see file below)
You have revised the Membership Fee Schedule for 2008-2009 and know the total payable.
Anyone over the Age of 18 needs to sign and submit a Child Protection Form.
Upon completion of all submitted membership application forms you then complete and send through your credit card details on the form provided. This is a secure site that will enable us to process your payment. (For any initial child application a copy of the child's birth certificate must be mailed to the club).
Once your payment has been confirmed we will notify you via email and provide you with a reference number for your payment receipt. It is not until this last step is completed that your membership application will be processed.
You will also be issued with a Warriewood Club Membership Card with its own unique Club Number, collection is to be organised with Jenny Huston (Registrar).
