Sippers
What is it?
A fantastic way to unwind at the end of a busy week, not to mention an excellent way to meet and socialise with other members of the club.
Generally held the first Friday of the month during the Patrolling Season, a roster of R.S.A. qualified club members volunteer to run the Bar.
Friday nights from 6.30pm. Theme nights a favourite with everyone!
Yoga is Back
Ki yoga combines traditional Hatha yoga postures & teachings with chinese and japanese healing arts to create an effective, dynamic & therapeautic practice. Ki yoga strengthens & stretches the body, improves circulation, clears the mind, tones the internal organs, improves flexibility and builds up energy. Classes vary with the changing pattern of season, weather & time of day to work different muscles & energy channels in the body.
