Senior Management Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, 7.30pm in the members room.
Reports or items for discussion to be submitted by Monday 9.00am before meeting for inclusion in agenda.
Sippers
What is it?
A fantastic way to unwind at the end of a busy week, not to mention an excellent way to meet and socialise with other members of the club.
Generally held the first Friday of the month during the Patrolling Season, a roster of R.S.A. qualified club members volunteer to run the Bar.
Friday nights from 6.30pm. Theme nights a favourite with everyone!
Yoga is Back
Ki yoga combines traditional Hatha yoga postures & teachings with chinese and japanese healing arts to create an effective, dynamic & therapeautic practice. Ki yoga strengthens & stretches the body, improves circulation, clears the mind, tones the internal organs, improves flexibility and builds up energy. Classes vary with the changing pattern of season, weather & time of day to work different muscles & energy channels in the body.
