Warriewood Surf Life Saving Club prides itself on being a training ground for the benefit and safety of the community. Our club, with its affiliation with the Australian Lifesaving Academy of New South Wales offers a number of nationally recognised courses and hands on training programs to help raise awareness and improve the skills of its lifesaving members.
The Education and Training Team offer a number of opportunities for members to enhance their skills and capabilities within an extensive framework of Award Qualifications.

The aim of this course is to provide participants with advanced skills and knowledge to manage emergency situations in autonomous situations.

Silver Medallion Basic Beach Management

The aim of this course is to provide participants with the skills, knowledge and experience to manage a beach in emergency and non-emergency situations.

Advanced Resuscitation Techniques

The aim of this course is to provide participants with the skills, knowledge and application of oxygen, airway management devices, and automated external defibrillators during resuscitation, and to administer oxygen to conscious and unconscious breathing causalities.
